GRANDE BRAVO 200, 250:  These products are Grade A and Kosher whey proteins and require the application of heat to 165° F to achieve viscosity/gelling properties.  Both products provide a smooth, gel-like creamy texture without heaviness.  Grande Bravo 200 has a slightly tart dairy flavor, while Grande Bravo 250 has a slightly sweet dairy flavor.
